Moira Lumby and Iris Robertson represented King James at Forres this week. They won their place by being the players (Silver and Bronze) with the best aggregate score over 4 medals last year.

Both ladies played very well over a strange course. Moira was runner up in the Silver division and has qualified for SLGA finals to be played at the Island in September. Iris was delighted to have a score in the 70s.

Well done girls - a credit to the Island.

Hope your behaviour on your shopping jolly was equally creditable !!!!

  1. Thanks for that. I think that the shopping assistants at Brodie Country Fair thought Iris and I were a bit mad getting so excited about the size of the cauliflowers - they were the size of footballs and only 90p - easy seeing we don't get out much!
